THE DB LAB BOOSTS CREATIVITY AND INNOVATION

To enable its customers - large accounts, ETI, SME & SMI, start-ups - to boost their creativity, Delta Business launched the DB Lab a few years ago: a welcoming space, bubbling with ideas, ideal for imagining, co - creating or testing new concepts and new solutions.

A space designed to co-create and test

The DB Lab is structured to mobilize collective intelligence. Depending on the projects, the DB Lab team involves internal teams (Innovation, R&D, Digital, Marketing, Sales, etc.) and/or a representative panel of players in BtoB or BtoC demand (consumers, end users, prescribers, etc.).

Objective: to encourage emulation to develop or test any innovative project, and accelerate Time to Market.

New space, new methods

The projects carried out within the DB Lab are piloted in an agile fashion. The DB Lab combines new methods based on design-thinking and dedicated skills. This alchemy makes it possible to stimulate creativity, generate innovative ideas or validate the relevance of concepts by interacting live with end-users.

Result: 2 hours are enough to test a concept or a first version of a prototype with a panel of potential customers.

A space designed for sharing and conviviality

In terms of layout, within the DB Lab, everything has been designed to facilitate collaborative work with a modular and scalable space.

In the case of customer groups, live monitoring of consumer exchanges is comfortably provided, discreetly, in a specially equipped lounge with a one-way mirror.

The DB Lab capitalizes on the several decades of experience of Delta Business in qualitative studies centered on the customer experience (UX-CX).
